Appointment Confirmations

 

  • A confirmation email will be sent at 8am 3 days prior to your appointment.
  • A confirmation text will be sent at 8am 1 day prior to your appointment.
  • You will receive a confirmation call to confirm your appointment.
  • You can Make, Cancel & Reschedule your Appt 24/7 with our App

Appointment Cancelation Policy

  • Our Salon Company is usually fully committed for the weekend (no available appointments) at both locations by Wednesday or Thursday.  This isn’t always the case but this is the probable situation.
  • We turn away approximately 10 new guests at both locations every week.
  • On average we have turned away 2 guests for your appointment time within 48 hours of your reservation with us.
  • If you are unable to make your appointment within 48 hours, our ability to resell this time slot is reduced by 90%.
  • We reserve the right to charge your credit card on file for the service we are unable to fill.
  • If we are able to fill your time slot with a guest on our waiting list, there will be no charge to your credit card.

Appointment Deposit Policy

 

  • No Call/No Show/Less than 24 hour notice – Require up to 100% of the total service price for a deposit to make a future reservation. Deposits are non-refundable and are non-transferable.
  • Late Appointments – We will do our best to accommodate you. If we are unable to complete your original service in the remaining time, we will offer a shorter service or request that you reschedule your appointment. Reschedule requests will be subject to our deposit policy.
  • All credit card transactions are automatically saved with our credit card processing company unless otherwise requested. We are unable to make you an appointment without a credit card on file.

Audio/Video Policy

All service providers take pictures and record video with audio on their cell phones to generate content for social media. Our Arlo security cameras also record video with an option to record audio. All incoming and outgoing phone calls are recorded for quality and training purposes.
